Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival to Brighton
You'll arrive and head to Brighton in Sussex. On the drive, there are film locations worth stopping at like Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters cliffs. Once in Brighton, you can check out the i360 observation tower if you're interested, or walk around the Royal Pavilion and Brighton Pier. These are optional, so it depends on what appeals to you and how much time you want to spend.

- Day 2
Brighton to Salisbury
The day starts with a drive along the south coast. You'll stop at Arundel Castle to see its art collection and gardens, then continue to Old Sarum, an ancient Iron Age hill fort. The afternoon takes you to Stonehenge where you'll see the prehistoric stone circles up close. It's a full day of moving between different historical sites.

- Day 3
Salisbury
Start in the medieval town of Salisbury and visit its Gothic cathedral, which has a 123-metre high crossing tower that's quite striking. From there, you'll head to Wilton House, known for being a filming location for Bridgerton and The Crown. Later in the afternoon, make your way to Avebury, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with 4,500-year-old monoliths scattered throughout the landscape.

Avebury to Exeter
This day includes an optional stop at New Forest National Park if you want to walk around and see ancient monuments. You'll also visit the Giant of Cerne Abbas, a 55-metre carved figure on a hillside. After that, continue to medieval Exeter where you can see the Norman castle and cathedral. This cathedral was used as a filming location for Broadchurch.

Exeter to Newquay
You'll explore Dartmoor National Park, which has a reputation for being one of England's more mysterious areas. There's an optional stop at Hurler's Stone Circle on Bodmin Moor if you want to make the detour. The afternoon takes you to Hollywell Bay and Newquay, both locations used for filming Poldark, House of the Dragon, and James Bond productions.

Southwest Coast Circuit
Head to the southwest coast and check out the artistic village of St. Ives. You'll visit Levant Mine and Botallack Mine, historic mining sites that were used for Poldark filming. Later, reach Land's End, the most southwestern point in the UK, then explore the area around Penzance which has prehistoric stone circles and St. Michael's Mount.

- Day 7
Tintagel and Cream Tea
You'll see Tintagel Castle, which sits on dramatic cliffs and was used for King Arthur and fantasy film productions. The castle ruins are quite striking perched on the coastline. In the afternoon, take time to have a traditional cream tea at a local spot, which is a nice way to break up the day before heading onward.

Exmoor to Bristol
Visit Clovelly, a car-free village, and explore Ilfracombe nearby. Then you'll drive through scenic Exmoor National Park before stopping at Glastonbury to walk through the legendary King Arthur burial site and climb Glastonbury Tor. The day ends in Bristol, so you'll be heading inland after spending time on the coast.

- Day 9
Bath and Wells
Bath is the focus today, one of southern England's great cities. You'll see the Roman Baths with its hot springs, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Walk through the Royal Crescent and learn about Bath's role in Bridgerton, Wonka, and other period dramas. Later, visit Wells to see its cathedral and the preserved medieval market square.

Departure
This is your departure day back to London. On the way, you have the option to stop at Wallingford, known as 'Causton' from Inspector Barnaby and Midsomer Murders if that interests you. You could also visit Agatha Christie's former residence if you want to make an additional stop along the route.
