Itinerary
- Day 1
Jakarta
You'll arrive in Jakarta and get transferred to your hotel. After that, the day is completely open. You can either relax at your hotel or arrange a city tour to see the contrasts between modern skyscrapers and older neighborhoods, check out Sunda Kelapa harbor, explore Chinatown, and visit some cultural sites around the capital.

Bogor - Bandung
You'll head out early in the morning toward Bandung, starting with a stop at the Bogor Botanical Garden where thousands of plant species and birds create this massive sanctuary. From there, you'll visit the Angklung music school to try out traditional Indonesian bamboo music and see how it's made. By evening you'll arrive in Bandung, known as the 'City of Flowers', and check into your hotel.

Bandung to Wonosobo
Early transfer to Bandung train station for a scenic 7-hour ride on the Argowilis Executive train to Kutoarjo. From there, you'll take a bus for about 3 hours through Central Java's varied landscapes to reach Wonosobo, which sits at the foot of the mysterious Dieng Plateau. The evening is free to relax.

Landmarks/POIs Dieng Plateau - Day 4
Wonosobo to Yogyakarta
You'll travel through one of Indonesia's most scenic regions, the Dieng Plateau at about 2,100 meters altitude, with its unique volcanic landscape and ancient Hindu temples from the 8th-9th centuries. Then you'll see Borobudur, one of the world's largest Buddhist monuments with nine stories and over 5 kilometers of Buddha bas-reliefs built between 775-856. You'll also visit Candi Mendut and Candi Pawon temples before arriving in Yogyakarta by evening, one of Indonesia's two remaining sultanates.

- Day 5
Yogyakarta - Solo
This morning covers a city tour of Yogyakarta hitting the Sultan's Palace, the historic Taman Sari moated castle, and the traditional market in the old town. You'll then tour a batik factory and silversmith's workshop to watch craftspeople at work. In the afternoon, you'll see the Prambanan temple complex, which features over 250 individual temples and those distinctive tall pointed structures it's known for. After that, you'll drive about 1.5 hours to Solo and settle into your accommodation there.

Solo
After breakfast, you'll explore Solo's highlights including the Mangkunegaran Prince's Palace and the Tri Windu antiques market. Then it's about a 1-hour drive up a mountain road to reach the 15th-century Ceto Temple, which has nice panoramic views on clear days. You'll also check out Sukuh Temple with its unusual architecture, then hike about 15 minutes to Jumog waterfall. You'll return to Solo in the afternoon with the evening free.

Solo to Mount Bromo
You'll have an early breakfast before heading to Solo train station. The train takes about 3 hours to Jombang, and then it's a 4-hour bus ride east through volcanic terrain and plantations to Mount Bromo. You'll arrive around 4 pm at your hillside accommodation with great panoramic views. The evening is yours to unwind.

- Day 8
Mount Bromo - Denpasar/Bali
Around 2 a.m. you'll start a pre-dawn adventure with an off-road vehicle heading to a plateau to watch Mount Bromo volcano at sunrise. You'll ride through the sea of sand surrounding the volcanoes before heading back for breakfast at your hotel. Later that morning, you'll transfer to Surabaya (roughly 2 hours), then catch a domestic flight for about 1 hour to Denpasar in Bali, landing at 5:40 p.m. Your tour ends at Denpasar Airport.
