  1. Day 1

    Arrival in Beijing

    You'll arrive in Beijing and meet your private guide at the airport. From there, it's a private car transfer to your hotel, where your guide helps you with check-in and gets your luggage sorted.

  2. Day 2

    Beijing

    The day starts at Tian'anmen Square before heading into the Forbidden City with your guide. You'll climb up to Jingshan Park for views over the city, then wander through the historic Hutongs. Next comes Beijing Opera Facial Makeup, where you can try the artistry yourself. By evening, you'll have Peking Roasted Duck dinner at Quanjude.

    This morning you'll explore the Summer Palace, seeing the Hall of Benevolence and Longevity, walking through the Long Corridor, and viewing the marble boat. Later you'll tour the Yonghe Temple, which blends Tibetan and Han Chinese architecture, then visit the Hall of Dispelling Clouds and Tower of Buddhist Incense. After some free time, you'll catch the high-speed train to Xi'an and transfer to your hotel by evening.

In the afternoon, you'll travel to Sera Monastery to see its distinctive architecture and experience the Sera Debate where monks engage in philosophical discussions.

After that, you'll visit Jokhang Temple, the holiest site in Tibetan Buddhism, with its ornate architecture and vibrant murals. The day finishes with a walk through Barkhor Street marketplace and pilgrimage circuit.

    Chengdu

    Start at the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding to see pandas in their habitat. Later you'll head to Leshan to see the world's largest Buddha statue. Back in Chengdu, you'll visit the serene Wenshu Temple with its carved halls and courtyards. The evening takes you through Jinli Old Street with traditional architecture and local crafts, then through the charming lanes of Kuanzhai Alley mixing Qing Dynasty design with modern touches.

The day ends at Xintiandi Style Shopping Center and the busy Bund, stepping back into the 1920s atmosphere.
