This year we were back and contacted Rashid again for a short trip. This time we were returning with our 5 year old and 5 month old son. It was very important for us that everything runs smooth and we feel safe with the two children. We were not disappointed. Rashid again offered us an exceptional service. My best friend and I (two Canadian girls) opted for the Discover Morocco Tour Experience to ensure we saw as much as possible while also being able to learn and of course be safe while doing so. This tour allowed you to see every aspect of Moroccan landscapes, different types of cities and experience multiple aspects of Moroccan culture. From the moment we inquired about booking, Rachid was readily available to answer any questions we had leading up to the trip and helped arrange seamlessly details like our hotel transfers and the hotels pre&post the tour. Our driver Abdullah was absolutely INCREDIBLE. He showed up every day with a smile, excitement to share his country with us, and supported us every step of the way. Customer service was 10/10. He helped customize when we needed it and also gave us ideas and great recommendations - from stops along the way, to restaurants and places to explore. Many of the biggest things we will take away from this trip, came from him. That type of relationship can take your trip to the next level. We are so grateful! We left the tour calling him our Moroccan Dad - he demonstrated such commitment to making our experience amazing and I would happily spend another 10 days in Morocco with his guidance.
