Itinerary
- Day 1
Madurai
An Alkof Holidays representative will meet you at Madurai Airport or Railway Station and take you to your hotel. Once you've settled in, you'll spend the rest of the day visiting some of the city's key temples. The Meenakshi Amman Temple is the main draw here, along with the Thirumalai Nayakkar Palace which shows off some beautiful architecture. You'll also check out Subramaniya Swamy Temple, then head to Alagar Kovil and finish with Palamuthirsolai Murugan Temple before heading back to rest.

- Day 2
Madurai to Rameshwaram
After breakfast you'll travel to Rameshwaram, which holds one of India's twelve Jyotirlingas. Check into your hotel and then explore the Sri Ramanathaswamy Temple, which has 22 holy springs you can visit. From there you'll see Sita Theertham and Laxman Theertham before taking a look at the Pamban Bridge that connects Rameshwaram to the mainland. Later you'll head up to Gandamadana Parvatham, the highest point around, where you can see the sea stretching out in front of you.

- Day 3
Rameshwaram to Dhanushkodi
After breakfast you'll head to Dhanushkodi, which people call the ghost city because of cyclone damage back in 1964. On your way there you'll stop at Jada Theertham and Nambu Nayagiamman Temple. In Dhanushkodi itself, you'll walk around the Ram Setu viewpoint and see the legendary Rama Setu, then visit the Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Memorial dedicated to India's 11th president. By evening you'll head back to Rameshwaram for the night.

After breakfast at your hotel, your Alkof Holidays representative will come by to transfer you to Madurai Airport or Railway Station so you can continue on with your plans.
