- BBienzle· April 30th, 2024Wir waren das erste mal mit journaway unterwegs und unser positives Feedback hält sich in Grenzen. Ich würde sagen, teils / teils. Wir waren auf Kreta unterwegs und hatten vier Hotels, zwei davon waren nicht so toll, wenn auch gleich fünf Sterne. Eines war ca. 45 Minuten, zu Fuß, bis in die Stadt. Busverbindung eher schwierig. Dazu die Lage des Zimmers, mitten im Treppenaufgang, mit Blick auf verbaute weiße Wände und Abgrenzungen, sowie offen für alle neugierigen Hotelgäste. Blick nach „draußen“ - Fehlanzeige. Ein weiteres, auch fünf Sterne, mit einem Balkon, Blick auf kahle Häuserschlucht und zwei Plastik Schemeln / Hocker auf einem Mini Balkon. Auch nicht wirklich toll. Wer sitzt da gern auf dem Balkon, zumal sitzend gar nicht auf die schäbigen Häuserwände geschaut werden konnte. Die beschriebenen Ausflüge teilweise an einem Tag nicht machbar und zeitlich erst recht nicht zu schaffen, zudem völlig überlatschte Touri Hotspots. Furchtbar! Das geht besser! Außerdem sind so einige Kosten noch versteckt, Übernachtungssteuer, hier ein Transfer und da ein Transfer, Frühstück oder was auch immer. Wir haben ein paar mal die Zimmerkategorie geändert und waren damit glücklich, aber man muss eben zahlen. Fünf Sterne hin oder her. Drum wirklich genau lesen, auch die vorgeschlagenen Ausflüge. Einmal schaut man von oben auf die Schlucht und nur einen Tag später, gleiche Schlucht von unten nach oben. Aber Kreta hat doch sooooo viel zu bieten, da braucht es den gleichen Hotspot nicht zweimal. Das alles hat uns schon etwas gestört. Aber alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett, wenn auch da wieder nur die Hälfte extrem engagiert und hilfsbereit ist, die anderen eher etwas träge. Dennoch, ich würde wieder buchen, da es momentan der einzigste bezahlbare Anbieter ist.Show more
