Show moreTrip date: February 2024- GREGORY· March 6th, 2024Amazing service by DGB Travel. We were two familes and spent around 17 days in Vietnam, roaming around Ho Chi Mihn, Hoi Am and Hanoi. The entire itinerary was planned by Julia from their team. She was super active in planning and providing all the inputs for the itinerary. Best time was she was available throughout on WhatsApp. You coule just ping her and she would reply immediately and make the changes/suggestions for the tour. All the pickup/drop vans were luxurious and tour guides were very friendly. Even their prices are very competitive as compared to any other agency. I would definitely recommend their services for Vietnam tour. They also help in urgent visa processing for Vietnam. He listened to me in terms of what we were looking for in our vacation, offered many ideas of both an itinerary and outings/experiences. We went through many iterations before agreeing on a final plan. I received quotes from other travel agencies and found Indochina Today Travel's price to be 40 to 50% lower with fundamentally the same hotel types and experiences. In terms of execution everything went according to plan. Every hotel, airline and outing had our information without exception. Every airport pick up and drop off occurred with any missteps. Ivy was always accessible while we were on vacation through Whatsapp and would check in almost daily to ensure things were progressing as planned.
