Kathmandu to Everest Base Camp Helicopter Tour
Hotel pickup gets you to Kathmandu Airport early for your helicopter tour. You'll fly over the Kathmandu valley heading toward Lukla for a quick refuel stop, then continue along the Dudh Koshi river with views of Namche Bazaar and Tengboche Monastery below. The helicopter lands at Kala Pattar (5,340m/17,520 ft) for about 20 minutes so you can photograph Everest, Ama Dablam, Pumori, Nuptse, and Lhotse from up close. After that, you'll fly to Shyangboche's Everest View Hotel to have breakfast and tea before heading back down to Kathmandu, touching down around 10-11 AM.
