- CHCelestine· March 3rd, 2024To Whom It May Concern, I'll start from the beginning. Once we were dropped off at Mercure Barsha Height Hotel. There was no reservations for the four of us. It took us almost two hours to get the rooms. We still had not received our itinerary for the week nor the whatsapp contact information. I had to request both again upon our arrival. Day 2-Guided Dubai city tour with Dubai Frame was to include ride across dubai creek, gold and spice souk. The driver Hasan told us that was apart of the tour for us on day 2 so we showed him the itinerary and then he called in. He took us over there and only allowed us 15 minutes at gold and 15 minutes at the spice souk. This was bad because he did not want to do it and it showed because we were not given the allotted time we were suppose to have. We were put in the middle of an issue that was not our to handle. I will not ever use Tour Radar again because to not have a handle on the 3rd party companies you use is not good. I had given the company information to others and now to have used it was not a great experience. The hotel was more like a 3 star instead of a 4 star, if it was not for the excellent customer service the hotel provided I would have been requesting part of our money back.Show moreTrip date: February 2024

Loved the tallest building still there at the mall to long. loved shopping at Gold souk and going to the Mosque. Hated Aaya universe like something for kids.
