Itinerary
- Day 1
Arusha to Tarangire National Park
You'll get picked up from your Arusha hotel at 8am and drive about 3 hours (115km) to Tarangire National Park. The whole day involves game drives through the park's 2,800 sq km, where you'll see large elephant herds, lions, leopards, tree-climbing pythons, and baobab trees along the Tarangire River. By evening you'll head to Jambo Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

- Day 2
Tarangire to Serengeti
After breakfast you'll pack up and start heading toward Serengeti with en-route game drives, grabbing lunch in the jeep along the way. The drive takes you through the Rift Valley with views of Ngorongoro Crater, and you'll arrive around 3pm. That evening there's another game drive in central Serengeti to catch the sunset before dinner and overnight at Seronera Campsite.

- Day 3
Serengeti
You're up early for breakfast, then spend the full day on game drives throughout Serengeti's main areas. Your driver will position you to track the wildebeest migration, though timing varies annually (June-September for main migration, January-March for calving season). If you're there July-September, you'll head north to potentially see the Mara River crossing. Return to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

- Day 4
Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
Wake at 5:45am for an early breakfast and sunrise game drive until 11:30am. You'll return to the campsite for a hot lunch, then head out again in the afternoon while driving toward Ngorongoro Crater. By evening you'll arrive at Simba Campsite for dinner and an overnight stay.

- Day 5
Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
Wake at 5:30am for breakfast, then descend to the Ngorongoro Crater floor for a 6 to 7 hour game drive. You'll see the Big Five, various bird species, black rhinos, and plenty of flamingos. Lunch happens inside the crater while you're taking in the wildlife and views. After exploring, you'll climb back up and pack before driving back to Arusha for an overnight stay.
