The guides were very well-informed and made each historical site come alive with stories. Our hotels were very comfortable, especially in Varanasi where we stayed near the ghats. The long drives were made pleasant by our attentive driver, who always ensured we had the best routes and stopped at lovely time. Ranthambhore was equally exciting, with a fantastic wildlife experience. The hotels were all decent and offered good service. Agra was a highlight for me the Taj Mahal is even more impressive in person. Varanasi was intense in a good way, and I appreciated the guide’s sensitivity and knowledge there. One day you’re standing in a Mughal fort, the next you’re in a jungle searching for tigers, and then you're at the banks of the Ganges. Incredible. I especially loved Jaipur so colorful and full of energy. The night train to Varanasi was surprisingly comfortable, and the flight back to Delhi made things easier. Asked on June 4th, 2025Is it possible to remove the last hotel night and make it at the beginning instead? We would fly from Varanasi to New Delhi on the 12th day at 9:00 AM and return home the same evening. Would the price remain at EUR 890 /- Per Person? The Lufthansa flight times are not the best. Then I have another question. What is the weather like at this time? Is a trip recommended during this period?
