About the visa to Phnom Penh you will do on the boat, and pay the fee for on the boat to Phnom penh. Day 1: you will visit Mekong delta and overnight in Can Tho city. Day 2: early morning visit floating market and then check out leave Can Tho city to Chau Doc. Day 3: Check out and get speed boat to Phnom penh.
