Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Athens
You'll land at Athens International Airport where someone will be waiting with a sign showing your name. From there, it's a transfer to your hotel in central Athens. After you check in, the afternoon and evening are yours to wander around the neighborhood and get your bearings.
- Day 2
Athens
After breakfast at your hotel, head into the Plaka district to walk through its narrow streets and see what's around. Then make your way to the Acropolis, where you can spend time exploring the historic sites and taking in the views from this cultural center of Greece.

Athens to Heraklion, Crete
Following breakfast, you'll head to Athens International Airport for a domestic flight down to Heraklion on Crete. Once you land and transfer to your seafront hotel, the rest of the day is open. You can either relax or check out Heraklion town, or visit the Archaeological Museum if that interests you.

Start with breakfast, then board a coach headed to eastern Crete. You'll visit Elounda and Spinalonga, which are really the key spots to see on this part of the island. It's a good way to see what makes this region special.

Crete
Begin your day with breakfast on the rooftop where you can take in the sea views. After that, the day is completely yours to explore the island at your own pace. There's no scheduled activities, so you can do whatever appeals to you.

Crete

Heraklion, Crete to Athens
Head to Heraklion Airport for your domestic flight back to Athens. Once you land and transfer to your hotel in central Athens, you'll have free time to explore the capital and settle in.
