Yes, western food is available on the tour. You can decide to eat local or order the available western food. At some places sea food are also available. The hotels are: Novotel Dakar in Dakar, Residence Saint Louis, in Saint Louis Senegal, Hotel Royam in Saly. Note the tour is a go from 2 persons.
