With maybe one or two activities that could've been skipped, the selection of included sites and activities was well-curated. Our travel guide, Cindy (English name), is very good at her job - organized, familiar with the itinerary, streamlines processes, answers questions, communicates clearly. Hotels were rather average with some hit-or-miss aspects (such as a few features not working at times, like AC.. but remedies provided). The price seemed fair, and the included eSIM worked perfectly.Show more

On The Go ToursOperator•Written September 2025We run our China tours from late March/April to October. We don't have any tours in February as winter time it's not the best to visit China. In Beijing, the average temperature in February is minus 4.

Asked on April 25th, 2025can I have a private single rooms during this trip? or I have to accept being in a dorm? if the dorm is the only option is there a seperation based on gender?

1. We currently have 7 people booked on the tour. 2. The single room is available and you would have single rooms at each accommodation for the entirety of the tour. 3. For the Dorm option our local team always aim to book gender separated rooms, however they cannot guarantee this but most accommodations in China will have same sex rooms.

Asked on August 25th, 2023I would like to have more details on your flexible booking and credit for future tours policies. I am professional actor working in Italy, and whenever I book a trip I am threatened with the possibility of getting an unforeseeable and unexpected job a few weeks before departure. Therefore, I need to find tours that offer flexibility/credit/cancellation policies. If, say, I book your tour and then get a job, how would it work with you? Would I be able to reschedule the dates of the trip? Get a credit to book another? Get my money back?

You are able to change dates easily outside of 60 days, we would just move your deposit over to a new departure date of your choice. Within 60 days the following terms and conditions would apply. Period before departure Cancellation fee per person 60 days or more Deposit only. 31 - 59 days 50% of total holiday cost or deposit - whichever is greater. 30 days or less 100% of total holiday cost.
