Itinerary
- Day 1
Fort Kochi
You'll arrive in Fort Kochi and connect with your representative who'll take you to the hotel. After a quick safety briefing, you're on a cycling tour through the narrow lanes and Spice Market heading toward Mattancherry. The Dutch Palace comes next, where you'll see Kerala murals and royal exhibits inside. From there, walk through Jew Street and step into the oldest active synagogue in the area. After lunch, continue cycling to Santa Cruz Basilica, then make your way to Princes Street, Chinese Fishing Nets, and St. Francis Church to wrap up the day.

Suryanelli
You'll drive to Suryanelli and have lunch by 3:30 PM. If you're interested in something more adventurous, there's a climb up to Phantom's Head with views over Papathy Shola and Anaerangal Lake. The main event is trekking to the peak to see the sunset, then walking back through tea plantations as evening sets in. It's a solid trek if you're ready for it, or you can take it easy back at camp.

Suryanelli
This day focuses on local spots around the area. You'll check out a lemongrass oil extraction centre and a cardamom drying unit to see how things are processed. Then walk through Butterfly Forest, which gets its name from the mass butterfly migration that happens in October and November. After that, visit the tribal village of the Muduvans, an indigenous group living in the Western Ghats for generations. They're known for carrying their children on their backs as part of their daily life and culture.

Alleppey Backwaters
You'll drive to Alleppey in the morning and board a private houseboat for a cruise through the Backwaters. Your Kettuvallom has well-appointed bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, so you'll be comfortable. Spend time on deck or relax in your cabin watching the palm-fringed landscape go by. You'll see canoe vendors, fishermen, and traders moving through the water with vegetables and household goods. Talk with your captain about stopping at villages and paddy fields along the route to get a feel for local life.

Departure
Your transfer to Cochin airport is arranged for your onward flight. Check out from your accommodation and head to the airport with plenty of time before departure.
