Regarding bookings, transfers and main itinerary, Jess was our main contact during the trip. She was incredibly helpful and very responsive when we needed her. If we had one suggestion is that you remove the stork sanctuary from your list of places to see. It wasn't much to look at and the place had more mosquitoes than storks. - AFA.nilufer· July 20th, 2022I had aşır of problems with your Threeland management((Jacqueline)instead of trying solving the problems and sorry ,she kept on accusing I am def up with the attitude.the first hotel was very good but no Restaurant in the hotel and in walking distance anywhere around.she kept on saying get a tuk tuk and go and find a restaurant.????????????????????????I was Hungary for 2 nights.In phon phen a dreadful guide treating me like an old fool and said don’t go out at nights ,dangerous.no restaurant in the hotel !!!I was hungry again!!In the morning I found out that central market was seen from the corner of the hotel and only about 200 meters.All she said take a taxi go to revue side and find a restaurant.How do I know the river side exits,where it is And go there in a so called city dangerous!!!???????????????????????? Saigon was excellent . Hoi An there were cockroaches in the hotel???????????????? Hue I had to wait over an hour at the so called bus stop and had Vietnamese to call the company for me ,twice.Finally she found a taxi to come and pick me up.???????????????????????? I was in the hotel well after midnight and slept at 2am and woke up at 6 am to be Picked up at 7 am ,to go to Han Long!!!????????????????????????Bra cause they said they will change my hotel I had to carry all my luggage to The boat just for one night!!!????????????????????????The host song cruise was very god.However the hotel they took me in Hanoi for the second time didn’t even have English Chanel’s .She said have some Positive energy and buy a book and read.????????????I didn’t come so far out here to read a book in the hotel.I will never and ever take a tour with this partner of yours.If all your partners act the same ,don’t bother to send me your ad.sShow more
