Itinerary
- Day 1
Delhi
You'll arrive in Delhi and get picked up at the airport for a transfer to your hotel. After settling in, head to Jama Masjid in the afternoon to see this historical mosque. Later, take a rickshaw ride through the winding streets of Old Delhi and return to your hotel before evening.

Delhi to Varanasi
Following breakfast, you'll head to the airport and fly to Varanasi (you'll need to arrange this flight separately). Once you arrive, transfer to your hotel and check in. That evening, watch the Aarti ceremony on the Ghats along the Ganges River, which is quite the sight with all the ritual performances happening at dusk.

Varanasi to Khajuraho
Rise early for a boat ride on the Ganges River where you'll see the city from the water. Return to the hotel for breakfast afterward. Then it's off to Varanasi airport to fly to Khajuraho (arranging this flight separately as well). Check in at your hotel and spend the rest of the day visiting the temples here, including the well-known Kandariya Mahadev temple with its intricate carved sculptures.

Khajuraho to Orchha to Agra
After breakfast, you'll drive to Orchha, a medieval town with history dating back to the Bundela dynasty. Spend time exploring the Raja Mahal and the palace temple of King Raja Ram. Later that afternoon, transfer to Jhansi railway station and board an evening train bound for Agra, arriving late at night.

Agra
You'll have breakfast and then travel to Sikandara to see Akbar's tomb. On the return journey, stop at Eit-mad-ud-daullah, sometimes called the small Taj Mahal. Get back to the hotel, then in the afternoon check out Agra Fort, which Emperor Akbar built with a mix of Islamic and Hindu architectural details that blend together nicely.

Agra to Jaipur
After breakfast, spend the morning at the Taj Mahal, the white marble mausoleum that Shah Jahan had built. Then drive toward Jaipur, stopping at Fatehpur Sikri along the way to walk through this 16th-century deserted city with its well-preserved buildings. You'll reach Jaipur, known as the Pink City, and check into your hotel that evening.

Jaipur
Start with breakfast and then head by jeep up to Amber Fort for a morning visit. On the way, stop for photos at Hawa Mahal. That afternoon, go to the Maharaja's City Palace, part of which functions as a museum now. Later, visit Jantar Mantar, an old astronomical observatory that has 17 large stone and marble instruments, many of which still work today.

Jaipur to Delhi
You'll have breakfast and then drive back toward Delhi, finishing your circuit. Check in at your hotel and your final night is at leisure, so you can relax at the hotel or venture out to see more of what Delhi has to offer if you'd like.

After one last breakfast at the hotel, you'll transfer to Indira Gandhi International Airport for your departure flight and continue to your next destination.
