Itinerary
- Day 1
Dar es Salaam to Mikumi
You'll leave Dar es Salaam in the early morning and drive about 4 hours to Mikumi National Park, breaking the journey in Morogoro Town for lunch. Once you arrive at the park, there's an evening game drive where you can look for lions, wild dogs, leopards, giraffes, elephants, and zebras. After that, you'll head back to your lodge for dinner and settle in for the night.

- Day 2
Mikumi National Park
This is a full day dedicated to game viewing throughout Mikumi National Park. You'll have breakfast before starting your morning game drive, then continue looking for elephants, giraffes, wild dogs, lions, and various antelope species. The afternoon brings more viewing time as you explore different areas of the park. By evening, you'll return to your lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Mikumi to Dar es Salaam
Start while it's still dark with a sunrise game drive in Mikumi National Park to catch wildlife that's active in the early hours. You'll return to your lodge for breakfast after a few hours out. Later in the afternoon, there's another game drive before you head out toward Dar es Salaam. Stop in Morogoro Town for lunch during the drive back, and you should arrive in Dar es Salaam around 5pm.
