We spent a wonderful week of holidays with outdoor activities, slowing down and relaxation at the same time. Anton and his family received us cordially and attentive to our wishes and needs. They prepared lovely local meals including fresh grilled fish and unforgettable pancakes for breakfast - always accompanied by honey, berries and herbal teas from the surrounding forest. With them we learnt about live in this European border region and about what matters to the locals. Thank you very much!

We had a wonderful week of holidays being active in nature at the same time as slowing down and relaxing. We were cordially received by Anton and his family who were very attentive taking care for everything. We were served fresh local meals three times a day in addition to the many berries found in the forest. I won't forget the fresh grilled fish, the cold red beet soup and especially the pancakes for breakfast. The landscape was not that exotic to me, but very gentle and varied when looking closely. And the national park is still a real retreat from busy cities and crowded touristic spots. With Anton and his family we got a good impression of what live is like in this European border region and we understood a bit better what matters to the locals. Many thanks for a wonderful time!
