The trip to Kilimanjaro with Migration was all in all a great 8-day experience. I was very happy with the pre-booking as well as post-booking communiation with Amosi. A lot of details were given and it shows that this company has done a lot of trips like that. The guides were very good at their job. Knowledgable, friendly and encouraging. I am happy we got to climb with them. All in all i am glad we booked with Migration Venture and i would have given them 5-stars, but a couple of things were not perfect, so i had to go for “almost perfect”. 1) The main issue for me, was that the group had no first aid kit with them. My friend got his toes injured and if it wasn’t for the kit i had with me, he would have stayed untreated. 2) I was not a fan of all the fried things we got on our meals. Plus i would have liked a bit more protein (it could be as simple as eggs) towards the last days, when it felt like we were getting almost entirely carbs. 3) On the last day, we had to be “reminded” in front of the whole group about the tipping, even though the previous night we had already talked about it with the guide and said that we were alreasy aware of all the “guidelines”. That made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, as already mentioned, Migration Venture and the group did an awesome job and i am very happy we climbed with them. I would recommend this company as well as the Lemosho route we took

I and my daughter chose Steppe Dogs Adventures to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro. From the very first moment, Steppe Dogs Adventures made sure that we had a fun and safe trip. Our guides Noel and Roman were exceptional, as were the porters who prepared our food and carried all of our gear. We climbed the 8 days on the mountain via Lemosho Route . In addition to the guides and porters, the managers are also great. We passed through the company's office on the last day, and the managers made sure that our travel plans were all set and that we were safe. It was a very kind gesture. If you are planning to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro, you will not go wrong with Steppe Dogs Adventures! Just remember, "pole, pole!"

We had an unforgettable trip with Zara Tours during the Kilimanjaro trek. I appreciate the effort and experience that went into organizing such a flawless trip. We had great tents that kept us dry and comfy sleeping bags. The porters did well in selecting nice flat ground to pitch the tents so that we slept very well despite the cold and rain. The team was very helpful and made sure that we were in perfect health, well fed and strong to tackle the mountain. The trek would not have been possible without the support from the climbing crew. We owe our successful summit to them. They are the real heroes!
