- 4 Days Amazon Lodge Cuyabeno Reserve
Our stay at Nicky Amazon Lodge was fantastic! Communication with Tourradar about pickup location was not. No where on the reservation did it say the pickup changed from Lago Agrio to Rio de Cuyabena. I only found this out once Daniel contacted me and I asked about pick up times. The morning of when we had our transport arranged our driver contacted Daniel and asked for the direct contact for the person who would be waiting for us at the pick up location and was told there was no contact number. The confusion about which “el puente” location we needed to be at was stressful. Communication needs improvement.
We had a really great time. The guide we had ( I wish I could remember his name)! Was very knowledgeable & we were kept busy with fun activities all day, we Got to experience a side of nature that we don’t get to anywhere else.

Tour was great. Good accomodation, great meals quality and variety just quantity was a bit low for activity days. Good guided tours and activities. Tour guide excellent and good knowledge of subject matter. He coordinated and ensured visitors were well looked after.
