Prior to your arrival in Egypt, we explicitly communicated that entrance fees and tips were not included in the package. Furthermore, we also informed you that water and drinks, both soft and alcoholic, were not included in the package. We are genuinely puzzled by your expectation for complimentary drinks throughout your trip. Lastly, we were surprised to learn that you traveled to Egypt without adequate cash for personal expenses, including water and drinks. While we always aim to provide exceptional service and support to our clients, we believe that personal responsibility for such expenses is essential.
