However, we must clarify that the travel package you booked through TourRadar was clearly described as a private land tour, with no airfare or group service included. This information was available on the product page, reiterated during our communication, and confirmed by you before purchase. We also accommodated your request to begin the tour earlier than originally planned. Our team received you in Rio de Janeiro on September 25th and provided the first night’s accommodation, as scheduled. On September 26th, you declined to continue with the program during the private city tour—despite having been informed and having agreed to the private format—and returned to your hotel before check-in, refusing the continuation of the service. We understand that this trip was important to you, and we are truly sorry that the format did not meet your expectations. Still, we acted in good faith at all times, fulfilling our contractual obligations and offering support even after your refusal to continue. We also clarify that your accusation of fraud is unjustified. The package was delivered as agreed until the point you chose to abandon it. According to industry standards and the cancellation policy you accepted upon purchase, no refunds are issued once a package has started. This aligns with both Brazilian regulations and international travel guidelines. We remain available to continue a respectful and transparent dialogue, should you wish to resolve the matter amicably.
