We're genuinely sorry to hear that your recent tour experience did not meet your expectations, and we sincerely apologize for the distress and inconvenience you faced throughout your trip. We are pleased to know that the accommodation met your expectations. However, we deeply regret that the rest of your journey did not reflect the standard we aim to deliver at Mango Travel. Regarding the concerns on Day 1 and the overall coordination, we acknowledge your frustration. Clear communication and a well-organized itinerary are essential, and we are actively reviewing how these shortcomings occurred so we can prevent similar issues in the future. We are also very sorry for the unfortunate incident on Day 2. While traffic accidents can be unpredictable, it is unacceptable that you were left waiting without proper information or direction to a nearby safe area. This does not reflect the level of care we expect from our tour guides, and we are addressing this internally. With respect to the Kandy to Ella train journey, we fully understand how upsetting that experience must have been. Please note that train tickets were not included in your package and were subject to last-minute availability. That said, the lack of clear guidance and the distressing situation you described are absolutely not acceptable. We are currently investigating this matter further, and any misconduct or unprofessional behavior will be dealt with accordingly. As a gesture of goodwill, we did issue a refund for the train journey and provided complimentary dinners for two nights in recognition of the inconvenience you faced. We truly hope this offered at least some measure of relief during your trip. Please know your feedback is valued and has been shared with our senior management team. We are committed to making meaningful changes to improve our services for all future travelers. Once again, we are truly sorry for the distress this experience caused. There are no luggage restrictions on the tours, however, for your comfort & ease of travelling a standard size suitcase is recommended as well as a daypack to use throughout the day.
