Our 4 star plus vessel (maximum 154 guests) will be cruising the Danube River, with a choice of journeys; a convenient round trip, starting and ending in Vienna, takes in two more European Capitals, Bratislava and Budapest and other towns associated with this beautiful waterway. You may pre-purchase a package of excursions to make the most of your cruise along the Danube River. Our new route for 2019 is the interesting journey between Vienna and Fetesti in Romania, close to the Danube Delta. Choose the journey which most appeals!

Dear John, Thank you for sharing your experience. We sincerely apologize for the challenges you faced during your cruise. While we had prepared for various flooding scenarios, this unprecedented event exceeded our expectations. Throughout that time, we maintained constant communication with local authorities and were in a waiting mode as water levels fluctuated, which led to inaccurate forecasts. Accommodating passengers in hotels was challenging due to high demand among all affected cruises, and the entire cruise and transportation segments were operating with limited resources. We did our best to provide on-land excursions while awaiting authorization to board. To alleviate some of the inconvenience, we offered the option to stop the cruise and specifically compensated for three nights in your booking. I appreciate your understanding during this difficult time and hope to restore your trust in us in the future. Warm regards, Crucemundo
