The prize of $500 in TourRadar travel credits is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable. The prize has to be redeemed during the Online Travel Expo Sale by TourRadar, so it is valid for bookings made on the TourRadar website from Thursday 22nd of January 2020 at 07:00AM NZEST until Thursday 30th of January 2020 at 11:59PM PST. Any changes or cancellations made to the winner's tour booking(s) are at the winners own personal expense and according to the operator's booking terms and conditions. The winner's prize is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash in any way. 

The prize will be deposited in the form of travel credits in the winner’s fund on TourRadar in the local currency of the winner at the daily exchange rate of Wednesday, 22nd of January 2020, and will be removed from the winner’s account if not used by Thursday 30th of January 2020 at 11:59PM PST.
