The 3 Ayurvedic massages that Laura Morehouse and I took during this tour were rejuvenating and some of the best we have had during our travels. Dr. Sharma's team was wonderful. The folk music at hotel Mahal Khandela was sublime. The owner of the property Rudrani Singh gave a demonstration on making mutton biryani. In totality a memorable experience. Highly recommended. The 3 Ayurvedic massages and jeep safari into the Tiger national park were highlights of the trip. The yoga and meditation teacher held classes at dawn - in the serene environs of this retreat.
