Overall good but a couple of things we were supposed to get but didn't ie breakfast at the hotel on the first morning before tour started and also no one to take us to hotel when tour ended - hotel was very close to airport but we arrived late at night so no idea where to go , had to wait almost an hour for shuttle, did end up walking back to airport the next morning but would not have been good at night as no lighting and muddy path. Hotel in Cappadocia was good with amazing breakfast. Guides were friendly and knowledgeable, lunches average

We loved how the tour was organized and the flow and time of each day was organized. All the tour guides were on time and friendly. The tour company was very communicative before the trip and quick to respond. Only thing I recommend is the price. It was overpayed based on the whole cost of things in Turkey. $450 pp was too much...thanks again.

What are the must-visit historical sites in Istanbul?
The essential historical circuit includes the Hagia Sophia which stands as one of history's architectural triumphs surpassed in size only by the Egyptian Pyramids at the time of its construction. The Blue Mosque's six minarets pierce the skyline while the Topkapi Palace reveals 400 years of Ottoman imperial grandeur. The Grand Bazaar presents a labyrinth of 4,000 shops through 18 entrances where visitors can experience local commerce traditions. A TourRadar traveler noted "The historical sites in Istanbul were fascinating and our guide's deep knowledge made each place even more interesting." The Sura Hagia Sophia Hotel offers convenient access to these landmarks.

Spring months of April and May along with fall months of September and October provide ideal conditions for exploring Istanbul.
