The guide and the locations were amazing! However the itinerary was very misleading. I have taken many tours through Tour Radar however this is the first where the days were mixed up or certain activities never occurred (for example: staying with a local family and meeting Nazim never happened). While we were aware of travel days or over night bus trips, we were not made aware of the fact that these were MULTIPLE public buses, making multiple stops to pick and drop off other guests. Our trips took 2/3 hours longer than expected because of this. We took 3-4 buses waiting over 30 minutes for each to the ferry to Istanbul. I felt bad for our tour guide who was amazing, but has to deal with frustrated tour members asking questions he had to power or control over. I've never dealt with this much disorganization from a tour company before. Not to mention I paid out of pocket for my airport transfers BOTH ways because Tour Radar didn't handle it like they had in the past. Very disappointed in Intrepid as well as Tour Radar for the overall lack of care & organization. However the day to day of this trip once we were in the cities were fun, and I can't speak anymore highly of how our tour guide handled the situations and how informed and caring he was!

Everything went smoothly from transfer from our Istanbul hotel until arrived back on the third day. Guide in Cappadocia was excellent. The only minor issue was the very poor buffet breakfast at the hotel- no beautiful Turkish bread just boring sliced white bread. Little fruit or western breakfast options like muesli. And basic automatic coffee machine not producing balanced coffees.
