I wanted to do a short tour of Thailand with my mom and this was perfect. The booking agent always replied to my queries within the next day. Both hotels we stayed at were great. Clean rooms. Good locations. The half day City tours were great and not too hectic. The boat ride to Phi Phi islands was two hours each way from Phuket which took up most of the day. The islands were beautiful and I wish we could have stayed longer. The Bangkok tour guide was great. She spoke English well and did a good job explaining the significance of the different temples. The Phuket tour guide was not good. She didn’t speak English well so it was tough to understand what she said. She simply stated the places we were going and gave us a time limit to return. There was no explanation of history or significance of the places visited. The drivers were good and always on time. Overall it was a great experience for my first visit to Thailand.

The tour overall is what it says it is. The drivers were all very attentive and can miraculously find you in a large crowd. Our guide (Bam) was pleasant and informative. He made sure we had the plan for the day and were set for our evening activity. The communication was via messages at the hotel, while effective, had to just trust all would go as planned. Happily all did. We would have preferred to have confirmation numbers for our hotel and the fantasea show, as we were asked for them. But even without we had a great trip. Our main take away from the tour company is that just trust everything will happen and be where the message at the hotel says to be and it will work out. At least in our experience.

Awesome trip! The itinerary is very good. You spend just enough time in each place without it feeling rushed. The transport was never late. My favorite was Khao Sok, sleeping on the rafthouses was so beautiful and cool. Fiona was also a very knowledgeable guide. Highly recommend this tour, you won't regret it :)
