What people love about Colombia Tours for Seniors
- Contrasts of Colombia
My first trip with Explore was a good one. There were some changes to the itinerary which was perhaps to be expected in Colombia but not all were fully acceptable - notably the cancelled trip to Tayrona National Park. The replacement activity of 'tubing' down the river was okay for a few but certainly not for the majority of the group. The 'boat' trip aboard the Majestic Yacht would have been far better on smaller boats. We also missed the trip to Acaime Nature reserve which would have been another highlight for me. I did enjoy the company of the whole group and the chance to visit a new country - my first time in South America.
- Journeys: Explore Colombia National Geographic Journeys
This tour was a wonderful experience. I particularly enjoyed the coffee farm and the Cocora Valley tour. Medellin was fascinating. There was a good mix of structured and unstructured time. Our guide, Franklin, was resourceful, knowledgeable, and charming. The group itself had a broad mix ages and nationalities. I would go again in a heartbeat.

Such a great tour highly recommend
