      Conflans

      Take an e-bike to Château de Maisons-Lafitte. The bikes make it easy to explore even if you're not super athletic. Visit Chantilly Castle before 10 AM to see how they make their famous cream before the crowds show up. If you like Van Gogh, visit Auvers-sur-Oise. The village looks just like it did in his paintings.

      Vernon & Les Andelys

      Try morning kayaking in Vernon if you know the basics. The Seine is usually calm but watch for barges. Visit Monet's gardens in Giverny before noon for the best photos. Bring water shoes for the Château Gaillard hike in Les Andelys. The stone paths can be slippery but the 30-minute climb gives you beautiful views of the Seine Valley.
