This was my first time travelling and what an incredible experience it was. I loved being able to combine the Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand tours altogether and felt each tour had great diversity from the other. From start to finish the tours were packed full of amazing activities and unique experiences - made even better with our great leader Jay's fantastic local knowledge. They had the perfect balance of scheduled activities to free time to explore at your own pleasure. Jay was an incredible leader, always fun, approachable, and really looked after us! I cant recommend these tours enough it was completely unforgettable and I cant wait to book another tour with Intro.

Awesome trip! The itinerary is very good. You spend just enough time in each place without it feeling rushed. The transport was never late. My favorite was Khao Sok, sleeping on the rafthouses was so beautiful and cool. Fiona was also a very knowledgeable guide. Highly recommend this tour, you won't regret it :)

I wanted to do a short tour of Thailand with my mom and this was perfect. The booking agent always replied to my queries within the next day. Both hotels we stayed at were great. Clean rooms. Good locations. The half day City tours were great and not too hectic. The boat ride to Phi Phi islands was two hours each way from Phuket which took up most of the day. The islands were beautiful and I wish we could have stayed longer. The Bangkok tour guide was great. She spoke English well and did a good job explaining the significance of the different temples. The Phuket tour guide was not good. She didn’t speak English well so it was tough to understand what she said. She simply stated the places we were going and gave us a time limit to return. There was no explanation of history or significance of the places visited. The drivers were good and always on time. Overall it was a great experience for my first visit to Thailand.
