What people love about Croatia Tours for Young Adults
- 8-day Split Return cruise, Classic Plus boat, 18-35s
This was a spectacular cruise. I stayed on the Novi Dan and had Jovana and Luna as the guides. They worked very hard to make sure every passenger had a good time. They provided history of each location, advice on places to visit for fun or recreation and continued to show positive attitude no matter the circumstance. The crew was very proactive and took us to good swimming spots everyday. The chef cooked 5-star quality food. Each dish was different everyday, you won't be disappointed. If you are traveling to Croatia the first time and want to go along the coast, I highly recommend this tour. It gave you the freedom to see different cities and have multiple activity choices. You'll have plenty of time to see everything, see the nightlife or relax if you choose. 5-stars to the captain, chef, crew, and tour guides!
- Zagreb to Dubrovnik: Parties & Plitvice Lakes
Although the itinerary kept us busy, there was a good balance of activities, optional activities and free time. Being part of a group made the experience really good fun and our CEO was excellent. The people definitely made the trip. I enjoyed seeing so much of the country and the variety of city, park and beach that we were able to experience throughout the trip. Our CEO organised great group meals and the standard of the hostels we stayed in was very high.
- Croatia Island Sail (Plus)
Chris made my holiday the experience of a lifetime. His laughter and energy brightened everyone's day, and he continuous went out of his way to ensure we all had an amazing holiday that we would never forget. Thank you Chris !!
What our customers ask about Croatia Tours for Young Adults
What are the best party spots in Croatia for young travelers?
Croatia's top party spots center around its coastal towns and islands. In Hvar Town you'll find Carpe Diem Beach Club and Hula Hula Bar drawing crowds nightly. Makarska offers Club Deep set dramatically inside a natural cave while Dubrovnik features Club Revelin housed in a historic fortress. A TourRadar traveler noted: "The nightlife in Hvar was incredible - watching sunset at Hula Hula bar before taking the party boat to Carpe Diem island was unforgettable." Split's lively scene includes the beachfront Bacvice area and Palace Club tucked within ancient palace walls. Social hostels like Split Guesthouse Hostel serve as natural meeting points for travelers.
How much spending money should I budget per day in Croatia as a young traveler?
Plan for 50-80 USD daily to cover basics in Croatia. This breaks down to about 15-20 USD for dinner 20-30 USD for nightlife and 30 USD for daytime activities. Local restaurants offer good value while still delivering authentic experiences. As one TourRadar traveler shared: "I spent around 70 USD per day which covered nice dinners at local restaurants like Nautika in Dubrovnik club entry fees and activities like kayaking and wine tasting."
What are the best outdoor activities for young adults in Croatia?
The Croatian coast presents endless chances for outdoor adventure. Popular options include sea kayaking along Dubrovnik's ancient walls cycling through Mljet National Park and taking on the 250-meter zipline near Split. The Cetina River draws rafting enthusiasts while clear waters invite swimming and snorkeling. A TourRadar review noted: "The optional activities were amazing - we went kayaking in the crystal clear waters of Mljet hiked up to Hvar Fortress for incredible views and even did a buggy safari tour near Dubrovnik."
What's the best time for young adults to visit Croatia?
The high season runs June through August bringing perfect swimming weather and peak nightlife energy. A TourRadar traveler shared: "We went in July and it was perfect - hot sunny days for swimming all the beach clubs were open and lots of other young travelers around." Consider May or September for fewer crowds and better rates while still enjoying warm weather and social scenes.
Are solo travelers common on Croatia young adult tours?
Solo travelers make up nearly half of many Croatia tour groups with 40-50% traveling alone. Tours typically offer shared rooms and built-in social activities making it natural to connect with others. A TourRadar traveler confirmed: "I traveled solo but never felt alone - the group dynamic was amazing and I made friends from all over the world."
What type of accommodation can young travelers expect on Croatian tours?
Boats serve as the main transport and accommodation option visiting major spots like Hvar Korčula and Mljet. City exploration happens on foot or via water taxi costing around 7 USD per ride. According to one TourRadar traveler: "The boat was the perfect way to travel - you unpack once and wake up in a new stunning location every day plus the swim stops between destinations were incredible."
