Absolutely amazing tour!! Was able to do incredible things and go to amazing places. It was well organised and I couldn’t recommend this tour enough. We had Sheena as our tour guide and she was such a good time, a ball of energy and made our experience in the Phillipines one to remember.
The Tour Operator was very quick to respond to WhatsApp messages. The drivers were all friendly and the hotels were all comfortable. Sometimes, our day tours did not match what was written in our itinerary however, and also some admission fees were not included although the itinerary said only environmental fees were not included. Some included meals were better than others. Pickup times were either printed on our itinerary or communicated via WhatsApp, but the drivers showed up super early twice and other times were later than the stated time. The problems resulting from the volcano eruption also could have been handled better. Overall, an enjoyable trip and good value for the price, but there were definitely areas for improvement.
