We loved our tour guide (Widi) and driver (Putra); they made the tour experience exceptional. The hotel was OK...could be better. Lunch buffet had limited options and food quality was not so great. The only lunch that was good was when we were able to order from the menu, which I highly recommend rather the buffet.
