We both wanted to see country Morocco but had not done extensive research on what the trekking would entail. Our Guide Ibrahim and Masterchef Hamid were endlessly patient and supportive throughout the trek. It was physically challenging for both of us even with a reasonable degree of fitness (lack of appropriate training) but with their support made it possible to complete the trek. We would definitely recommend spending time in the Atlas Mountains. The scenery unbelievable and to see how villagers life under the most challenging conditions made us feel humble.
- Moroccan Desert Adventure: River Canyons & Camels
Great tour covering many aspects of Morocco (city bazaar shopping, camel riding in the desert, and mountain villages) in a short amount of time. Be prepared for lots of driving and minimal free time, I’d suggest spending a couple of days extra after the tour in a nice hotel for some relaxing. Overall I’d recommend it and it’s made me want to return and explore the other cities.
