We really enjoyed the incredible scenery right throughout the tour. However, there are a few things which can definitely be improved. Firstly, the WIFI on our tour bus did not work and no efforts were made to rectify the issue throughout the tour which was a little disappointing. Secondly, we were slightly misguided by the information related to the "two evenings with "Northern Lights Program" specified in the tour itinerary. The so-called "Northern Lights Program" is simply a video presentation and hotel wake-up phone call to see the lights rather than a dedicated program to actually take people out to chase the lights. We were just very lucky to get a glimpse of the Northern Lights at one of our hotels. We had a technical problem: due to the weather the flight to Reykjavík was cancelled and postponed to the following day. We announced the travel agency and they provided a taxi in order th catch the tour. Instead to have a transportation from the company we had to pay an additional 300euros regardless was not our fault for the delay. Maybe you should consider such situation in your program. Another observation is about the guide. Our guide was a wealth of information and friendly. our driver was very smooth and amazing on her ability to know exactly where the buses body was in some tight parking lots as well as handling everyone's bags and by second day recognized whose bag was whose. Would recommend better communication between front desk of hotel about pick-up for first day.
