The support from both Tony and Mr Danny when in Vietnam , was great. The tour was very good, hotels of very good quality & breakfasts to suit all tastes. The included lunches were some of the best meals we had and a very pleasant surprise. The pace is lovely, lots to see in the morning and afternoon, but the evenings are all yours so you can relax or explore at your own leisure. The guides at each location are really nice and you will be exceptionally lucky if you get Chang in Hoi An. We went in early April when it was hot, but everyday there was water bottles on the buses for us and every hotel had them as well. Too bad about the endemic corruption which is worse under the communists, Great food and really cheap beer. We were disappointed that the guide did not take us to visit Ho Chi Minh's house, we didn't know why. We planned the trip to arrive at Hoi An for the lantern festival but there was a change in the travel, not sure why the flight was canceled and we did not arrive for the full-moon lantern festival. That was disappointing since we will not likely be in that place again. Our guide, Troy in Hue was very friendly and accommodating and we had time to dip in the ocean.
