False advertising, overcharging, tour guides with no knowledge on the areas we’re visiting, and awful customer service from Bambas and tour radar. I will NEVER book with this company again, and will make everyone I know doesn’t as well. This was the worst planned and executed tour I have ever been on. The amount of false advertising in the listing, vs what the tour actually is highly unethical. The listing said we were staying in Sedona for a night. I picked this tour mainly because of this fact. 2 days before the tour I was told “last minute change, we’re not staying in Sedona.” When I got onto the tour, the person leading the tour told me that they were never planning on staying in Sedona in the first place, and claimed it never was the case. I have the printout to prove it. I repeatedly emailed to get help and get basic questions answered, which were ignored for days on end. I even called the phone number on Bamba’s website and it went to a busy signal. Our tour guide didn’t seem to know anything about any of the places we were going to, other than the signs which were in front of the things we were looking at. He also didn’t give information when pressed for additional help like, “How can I go stargazing outside of page, Arizona?” No help, good luck. And when the tour company FINALLY decided to get back to me with how to go stargazing form page, the sent it after we already left town. This is all on top of advertising one price for the trip, and then charging me more once I tried to book. In talking to other people on my trip, they had a similar experience. They were advertised something else, from city we’re staying in, to sites we’re going to see. And the tour was different. Do not use them.

    Asked on April 5th, 2025

I'm interested in this trip. I see that the park's entry tickets are included within the trip price. My intention is to purchase the Annual Pass for the National Parks since I want to visit the Yosemite and Sequoia Parks prior. I was expecting the cost of the entry tickets could be discounted or refunded from the trip's total price. Or if what you are purchasing for participants of this trip is also the Annual Pass, if I could get it and use it before the 20th of April.

We understand your intention to purchase the Annual Pass, and it's a great option for those planning to visit multiple parks. Our tours are designed to include all entrance fees in the overall price to ensure a smooth and high-quality experience for all participants. Because of this structure, we're not able to offer discounts or refunds for individual components, such as park entry fees. Additionally, we do not purchase the Annual Pass for participants, but rather individual group entry permits that are specific to the tour. This means we wouldn't be able to provide a pass for early use, unfortunately.

They can just explore the surroundings at their own pace. Is not an intense hike and if he doesn't want to walk much he can say close to the vehicle and take pictures :)

    Asked on March 25th, 2023

My children, ages 19 and 17, are trying to plan a trip to the Western US from New England. We think a group, guided tour is an excellent and safe way to explore. Given their ages, is this an option for them, since they will not be traveling with a parent? Will a hotel stay be an issue since my son is under 21?
