Itinerary
- Day 1
Venice to Zagreb via Lake Bled - Ljubljana
You'll be picked up from Tronchetto bus terminal in Venice and head toward the Julian Alps. The drive takes you to Lake Bled, where you'll take a boat trip and stop at the castle viewing point for views over the water and surrounding mountains. From there, continue to Ljubljana to walk through its charming old town with its mix of Baroque and Modernist architecture. Later, you'll drive on to Zagreb where you'll check into your hotel for the night.

- Day 2
Zagreb to Split via Plitvice Lakes National Park
After pickup from your Zagreb hotel, you'll head to Plitvice Lakes National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with 16 lakes connected by waterfalls. You'll spend time on the walkways around the turquoise waters, getting a real sense of the park's scale and beauty. In the afternoon, you'll continue toward the Dalmatian coast and arrive in Split in the late afternoon, then check in and have free time to settle into your hotel.

- Day 3
Split to Dubrovnik
After breakfast, you'll explore Split's striking architecture and the vibrant old town center around Diocletian's Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Later in the day, you'll head south to Dubrovnik, known as the Pearl of the Adriatic. You'll take a walking tour of the Old Town, check out the medieval walls and terra-cotta rooftops, then you'll have free time before heading to your hotel for the evening.

Dubrovnik to Tirana via Kotor
You'll leave Dubrovnik for a scenic drive toward Albania's capital, Tirana. The route takes you through Kotor, Montenegro, where you'll stop to explore this walled city with a local guide. You'll see Triphun Cathedral, the archive museum, and the historic Wall of Shame. After some free time to walk around Kotor on your own, you'll continue on to Tirana, check into your hotel, and have the evening to relax.

Tirana to Ohrid
You'll start with breakfast and then take a panoramic tour of Tirana, seeing Skanderbeg Square, the Skanderbeg Statue, the Et'hem Bey Mosque, and the Clock Tower. Later you'll travel southeast toward Ohrid, passing through regions with historical significance. After going through customs, you'll explore Ohrid's charming Old Town and visit Lake Ohrid's notable sites including the Quarantine Church, Hagia Sophia Church, and Samoil's Fortress before checking into your hotel.

Ohrid
You'll have a Macedonian breakfast and a full day to explore Ohrid at your own pace, strolling through its charming streets. If you're interested, there's an optional half-day tour to Sveti Naum Monastery on Lake Ohrid's shores where you can see the lake's source and learn about the region's cultural heritage and natural features. Otherwise, the day is yours to spend however you like.

Ohrid to Meteora via Kastoria
After breakfast, you'll cross into Greece and head toward Kastoria, a town known for its Byzantine churches and Ottoman architecture sitting beside a scenic lake. You'll explore Kastoria's highlights, then continue toward Meteora in the late afternoon. You'll have time to rest and prepare for the monastery visits coming up the next day.

Meteora (Kalabaka) to Athens
After breakfast at your hotel, you'll head to the Meteora monasteries, which sit on top of dramatic rock formations and are recognized as a UNESCO site. You'll see two Byzantine monasteries with great views of the surrounding landscape. From there, you'll travel to Athens by shuttle or train, check into your hotel, and then explore the nightlife on your own in the evening.

- Day 9
Athens
You'll have breakfast at your hotel before checking out for a half-day guided tour of Athens. The tour includes stops at the Acropolis Museum, and you'll pass by the Greek Parliament and Panathenaic Stadium while on the coach. After that, you'll walk around the Acropolis and see the Parthenon up close. This is your final day of the tour.
