Victoria
You'll arrive in Victoria and get picked up from the airport for your hotel check-in. Later this afternoon, there's a welcome reception where you'll meet your tour director and the rest of the group.

Victoria
Start with a quick orientation walk around Victoria, then head out to Butchart Gardens. You can walk through the 55-acre property and see the Sunken Garden, Japanese Garden, and Italian Garden with all their seasonal flowers. After that, you have options like whale-watching, a horse-drawn carriage ride, or a seaplane tour if those sound interesting.

Victoria to Whistler
Drive to Chemainus and board a ferry across the Georgia Strait to Horseshoe Bay. From there, you'll travel up the Sea to Sky Highway with a stop at Shannon Falls before arriving in Whistler. Later you'll have a traditional First Nations meal and watch a cultural performance at the Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre.

You have the full day to explore Whistler on your own schedule. If you want organized activities, there's the Peak 2 Peak Gondola, Tree Trek through old-growth forest, a zip line tour, helicopter flights, jeep tours of the mountains, or e-bike trails to choose from.

Jasper to Lake Louise
Travel the Icefields Parkway, which is one of the best highway drives in the world. Stop at Columbia Icefield and ride an Ice Explorer onto Athabasca Glacier, then continue toward Lake Louise. You'll stay at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, which sits right on the lake and has top-tier dining and facilities.

Banff

Banff to Kamloops
Board the Rocky Mountaineer train, which has huge windows so you won't miss the views. You'll pass through the Spiral Tunnels and ride through Kicking Horse Canyon. By late afternoon you'll pull into Kamloops, where you can explore the city on your own before dinner.

Kamloops to Vancouver
Get back on the Rocky Mountaineer for the next leg heading west toward the coast. Watch for incredible scenery including Fraser Canyon, the Coast Mountains, and Fraser Valley. You'll arrive in Vancouver in the late afternoon and check into your hotel in the central area with the evening to yourself.
