Itinerary
- Day 1
Kathmandu
You'll arrive at Kathmandu airport and get transferred to your hotel in Thamel. Once you've settled in, take a short walk (about 10 minutes) to Kathmandu Durbar Square where you can walk around the temples and holy Hindu shrines there. After that, you have your evening free to wander the Thamel area. Later, you'll head to a welcome dinner at an authentic Nepali restaurant where you'll try local food and get briefed on what the tour involves.

- Day 2
Kathmandu
After breakfast, you'll start sightseeing at major Hindu pilgrimage sites. First, check out Pashupatinath Temple, one of Nepal's oldest Hindu temples for Lord Shiva, sitting on the banks of the Bagmati river. From there, head to Swayambhunath Temple, known as the Monkey Temple, perched on a hill with views across Kathmandu valley. Then you'll drive 22 km to Dakshinkali Temple, which sits outside the city and is dedicated to goddess Kali. You return to your hotel in Kathmandu for the night.

- Day 3
Kathmandu - Pokhara
Start early visiting Suryabinayak Temple in the Bhaktapur district, dedicated to Ganesh. Next, you'll see Doleshwor Mahadev Temple for Lord Shiva, which people believe connects to Kedarnath Temple in India. Continue toward Pokhara and stop at Manakamana Temple in the Gorkha district, where you'll take a 5-minute cable car ride to reach the temple grounds dedicated to goddess Bhagwati. You arrive in Pokhara later for your overnight stay.

Pokhara
Spend this day checking out Pokhara's temples and attractions. Start with Tal Barahi Temple for Goddess Durga, which sits in the middle of Fewa Lake. Then visit Gupteshwor Mahadev Temple deep inside a cave. After that, you'll see several other important Hindu pilgrimage sites like Bindabasini Temple, Akaladevi Temple, Kedareshor Mahadev Temple, Bhimsen Temple, Bhadrakali Temple, and the World Peace Pagoda. Later in the evening, take a boat on Fewa Lake to explore the lakeside and see how locals live.

Pokhara - Lumbini
After finishing the Muktinath pilgrimage, you'll fly back to Pokhara. If you're interested, you can join activities like paragliding, bungee jumping, or zip flying. Then you'll drive 196 km to Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha. Check into your hotel and freshen up. Start exploring the monasteries and stupas at your own pace, including Mayadevi Temple where Buddha was born under a Bodhi tree, the Ashoka Pillar, Buddhist monasteries, Puskarini (Holy Pond), Kapilvastu Palace remains, and the Lumbini Crane Sanctuary.

Lumbini
You have another day in Lumbini to see the birthplace of Lord Buddha. Take quiet walks through the monasteries and stupas and visit Mayadevi Temple where Buddha was born under a Bodhi tree. See the Ashoka Pillar, Buddhist monasteries, Puskarini (Holy Pond) where Buddha's mother did her ritual dip and where he had his first bath, the Kapilvastu Palace remains, and the Lumbini Crane Sanctuary.

Lumbini - Chitwan
After breakfast, drive to Shashwatdham, a Hindu pilgrimage site built in 2017. You'll visit the Lord Shiva temple (Ekambareshwor) made in Khajuraho-style architecture with ponds filled with water from various holy shrines like Badrinath, Kedarnath, Muktinath, and Pashupatinath. From there, continue driving to Chitwan. In the evening, catch a Tharu cultural dance show at Chitwan National Park.

Chitwan - Janakpur
Start with a 56 km drive toward Dev Ghat, a significant Hindu pilgrimage site and cultural center in central Nepal with temples and caves for various Hindu gods, goddesses, and saints, including Goddess Sita's cave. After visiting Dev Ghat, drive 250 km to Janakpur Dham, the birthplace of Sita. Check in and have your evening free to relax.

Janakpur - Kathmandu
Start early visiting Janaki Temple, Ram Laxman Temple, Bibah Mandap, and other temples for Ram, Sita, and Hanuman to finish your Janakpur Dham pilgrimage. Then drive about 225 km (roughly 5 hours) back to Kathmandu. Once you arrive, your evening is free, so you can relax, catch a movie at a local theater, or do some last-minute shopping in Thamel, Nepal's main tourist area.

Kathmandu
After breakfast, head to Chandragiri Hills and take the cable car (about 10 to 12 minutes) to reach the hilltop at 2540 m altitude. You'll get nice views of the Kathmandu Valley and mountain ranges. Visit Bhaleshwor Mahadev Temple, a sacred Hindu site for Lord Shiva with ancient architecture and intricate carvings. Then go to Buddhanilkantha Temple (also called Narayanthan Temple), an open-air Hindu temple for Lord Mahavishnu, featuring a large reclining statue that's Nepal's biggest stone carving.
