- Ann· September 27th, 2025The locations visited were very good. The hotels were fine. Both the city guides and guide in the highlands were very good. Our driver was excellent. The group size was perfect. Our only criticism was with Firebird's app. The itinerary info was not always accurate and there was discrepancies with info provided by Tour Radar and Firebird. I must Say that both customer service before and during the tour was excellent.Show more
