  1. Day 1

    Windhoek to Sossusvlei

    Begin your trip with a scenic drive from Windhoek toward Sossusvlei, heading through the Spreetshoogte Pass where you'll see desert landscape unfold around you. You'll stop for lunch partway through, giving you time to take in views of the Namib Desert from a different vantage point. Once you reach your lodge, check in and settle in, then relax with dinner under the desert sky.

  2. Day 2

    Sossusvlei

    This morning, tackle the tall dunes of Sossusvlei or opt for a hot air balloon ride if you prefer aerial views. Walk through the white pan at Deadvlei, which has a striking otherworldly feel to it. Later, head to Sesriem Canyon and time your visit to catch the sunset from Elim Dune. You'll return to your lodge by evening for dinner after a full day exploring.

  3. Day 3

    Sossusvlei to Swakopmund

    After breakfast, head toward Swakopmund on the coast. Along the way, stop at Walvis Bay Lagoon where you can see flamingos and pelicans hanging around the water. Following lunch and some time looking at the coastline, you'll check into your accommodation. The rest of the day is open for wandering through Swakopmund's cafes, checking out the beachfront, and seeing the German colonial buildings before dinner.

You can go quad biking on the dunes, try sandboarding, take a dolphin cruise, visit the Snake Park or Marine Aquarium, or explore the Lunar Landscape if you want something different. There's also a Mondesa township tour if you'd rather learn about local culture, or simply walk along the oceanfront to relax. Meals are yours to arrange today.

    Swakopmund to Damaraland

    Leave after breakfast and drive along the Skeleton Coast to Cape Cross, where one of the largest Cape Fur Seal colonies lives. You'll head inland from there into Damaraland, a region with dramatic rocky landscapes and interesting geological formations. Grab lunch during the drive, then arrive at your lodge to check in and have dinner under the stars.

    Damaraland

    Start your morning at Twyfelfontein, where hundreds of ancient San rock engravings cover the rocks and tell stories from long ago. After lunch, you can visit the Damara Living Museum to learn about local traditions, or check out the Organ Pipes and Burnt Mountain if you're more interested in geology. The evening brings you back to your lodge for dinner.

You'll enter through one of the southern gates in the afternoon and start game viewing right away on your drive to the lodge. Keep watch for elephants, giraffes, and springbok as you travel. Once you check in, dinner comes with the sounds of wildlife in the background.

A picnic lunch happens in the park so you don't lose valuable viewing time. Late afternoon brings you back to camp where dinner and stargazing wrap up the day.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
