Itinerary
- Day 1
Tromsø
You'll touch down in Tromsø and head to the city center by cab or airport shuttle (you cover the cost). The city has several places worth checking out, including the Polar Museum, Northern Lights Planetarium, and Tromsø Museum. Spend the day getting oriented and walking around the area.

Tromsø
This morning you can visit Polaria aquarium or book a whale watching tour if the timing works (available November through January). Later in the evening, head out on a Northern Lights hunt. There's a possible stop at a traditional lavvu where you can roast marshmallows and warm up after being outside.

Tromsø to Honningsvåg
You've got the day to yourself to wander around Tromsø however you like. Then in the evening at 18:30, you'll board the Hurtigruten and start heading along the Norwegian coast going north. This is when your coastal journey really begins.

Honningsvåg - North Cape
The ship pulls into Honningsvåg where you'll take an excursion out to the North Cape to see the dramatic cliffs. After spending time there, you'll get back on the Hurtigruten and continue heading to Kirkenes.

Kirkenes
You arrive in Kirkenes at 09:00. A king crab safari is organized for the day, so you'll get out on the water and try your hand at crabbing. Lunch is included with a local fisherman, which gives you a real sense of how people work out here.

Kirkenes
After breakfast, you'll get a transfer into Kirkenes city center. The rest of your day is open and free, so you can explore the town on your own before you head out for your departure.
