Itinerary
- Day 1
Ouarzazate to Merzouga
Start with breakfast in Ouarzazate before driving through the Skoura palm grove into Dades Valley's red rock formations. You'll head to Todra Gorges to see the 300-meter canyon walls, then continue through Berber villages toward Merzouga. After lunch, get on a camel and trek across the Erg Chebbi dunes, watch the sunset, and settle into your desert camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Merzouga to Ait Ben Haddou
Wake early to catch sunrise over the Erg Chebbi dunes, then have breakfast at the desert camp. From there, ride a camel or take a 4x4 back to Merzouga and continue to Rissani, known for its traditional souk and as the birthplace of Morocco's Alaouite dynasty. Travel through Draa Valley with its palm groves and old kasbahs, stop for lunch along the way, then cross the Anti-Atlas Mountains toward Ait Ben Haddou, arriving by evening.

Ait Ben Haddou to Marrakech
After breakfast, walk through the ancient UNESCO-listed ksar of Ait Ben Haddou and see its earthen architecture and famous film location backdrop. Then drive toward Marrakech via the Tizi Ntichka Pass, the highest road pass in the Atlas Mountains, with stops for photos and views. You'll arrive in Marrakech by late afternoon where your tour concludes with hotel or riad drop-off.
