Albert is not only personable, he truly cares about his entourage whom he calls us “Family”. He is very articulative, clear in all information and directions, and very funny too! I believed that everyone under his care had a lot fun, we learned a lot of the places that we visited and most importantly we all felt really safe with him guiding us. A 5 Stat tour guide - I will highly recommend anyone who plans to tour Europe, to ask for him as a guide - it will NoT go wrong!
