  We saw a lot and it is well organized. The hotels were really nice. Just be ready to have a crammed packed tour .

  The good thing is on this tour we covered a lot of ground a bit too much, was bit rushed sometimes, some city would of been good to be there for 2 nights like in munich. But one major criticism of this tour is that it was advertised as an English tour, when in fact it was 90 % Spanish, so it was difficult to mix with most of them although some spoke very good English too and some not at all. So I just feel we were mislead in that way. Plus there's so much time spent on the bus, though the buses are comfortable. Also the age was bit of a factor for me, I booked it knowing it was open age so that's on me, on some parts of the tour the average age was 60, I felt like their son. I was hoping for more active and lively tour with a bit of partying but that certainly not what I got here

  Great trip—exceeded my expectations. Even though we were generally the only English speakers, the tour guides were always willing to provide commentary and instructions in English as well as Spanish. The hotels were all great. The tour was fast paced and interesting. Great value for a reasonable price.

  Do not do this trip unless you speak Spanish or Portuguese. You have an early start every day, having to have breakfast at 6.30, be at reception at 7.15 and leaving at 7.30 every day, not getting to the hotel at night until (some nights) 8pm. Everything just seems rushed. One tour guide (Andres) would prattle away in Spanish and Portuguese, the other passengers on the bus would laugh, but he did not repeat what he said in English, one time I actually had to ask him what he said, Ricardo (the other guide) told me what he said, Andre’s then apologised and said he forget to speak Enlish

  The overall trip was good although given in three different languages. The guide conducting the English speaking tour was a native Spanish speaker and struggled a bit with a language barrier. I missed a special excursion that I had paid for months previously to Sachsenhausen concentration camp because an advance ticket for an English tour had not been purchased by the tour company and they were sold out on the day of. I learned this a mere hours before the excursion left. If I had been advised even 1 day earlier, I could have made arrangements to get my own ticket and visit on my own. This was disappointing. It was evident throughout that the Spanish speaking tour members were receiving a far more nuanced and historical version of the tour, which made one feel like you were missing crucial elements. The tour was fast paced, often leaving little or no time for exploration. You often had to chose between having a meal or seeing the town. The stop in Munich should have been planned better and not done on a Sunday so that the plethora of shops were not all closed. The stop in Nuremberg was late at night and did not allow for any exploration whatsoever. The sites selected to visit, however, were well thought out. Plenty of stops were made at a wide variety of different places showing the culture of Germany. Bathroom breaks were plentiful. Tour guides made sure to engage with tour members personally and answered all questions to the best of their knowledge and abilities. They were easily reachable and available and kept the tour on track well.

  The Tour Guides were excellent. Jessica was helpful and Rene really helped the English speaking guests. He was very informative, shared a lot of information about the various places we visited and an overall great person. With regards to the tour, we would have liked to see less of the stops and spend more time at the best locations. It was rush, rush particularly in the mornings. With breakfast at 6:30am, I do not believe that the 7:20 / 7:30am starts very good, especially for the older people. 2/3 destinations per day with more time at each place would have been more beneficial. Particularly for our stop in Hanover, when we arrived at night. This walled city is a place people need to visit during the daytime and spend at least 3 - 4 hours visiting. Also, other guests commented that they felt it was too hectic. Our overall impression was that we enjoyed the trip (even though it was rushed), the hotels were very good and we really enjoyed the breakfasts.

  Whilst this tour offers so much it does not deliver.Both Nuremburg and Munich are on the itinerary yet we arrive after it closes at 7 at night.It also says English speaking.There were 6 passengers who were English speaking and Rene did his best but this is not what I expected and would hate to end up as a sole English speaker on a trip..The trip was very rushed and needs some adjusting by adding a couple of days or eliminating some stops eg we were in Hanover for 30 mins to see a church and town hall.Reaching hotels at 8pm and later also makes it less appealing for me to travel with them again If you are happy with a whirlwind this is the tour for you.Hotels were very co.fortable as was the coach.Breakfasts were also good
